Another week, another puzzle. In my case, a few puzzles.
I always enjoy trying new brands and sharing my thoughts. This week’s blog page is about the riddles about the Falcon and the puzzle I did was Seaside Promenade. This particular image is a challenge. Lots of sand and sky! But it was worth the effort. It’s beautiful to finish! They have different kinds of pictures, but what they have is beautiful.
This is a great old English brand. Their image is similar to that of Gibsons — and their quality resembles Ravensburger. If you like these brands, you like them.
The solid boxes, if not slightly larger than the other brands, and the riddle comes in a plastic bag. No poster but the image on the box is large enough to compensate for it. The pieces are split very well, and there is no riddle dust at all.
The pieces themselves are as thick as Ravensburger. They have a good feeling in your hands. The ending reminds me of the linen ending I love. They are a common net cut in some shapes. I’m not interested in cutting network standards, but I prefer more. If you like unusual shapes in a puzzle, you may not like this brand as much as some other.
These pieces are smooth. I like them for each other, but I’ll say they’re quite consistent then some other brands. They’re in good position but they can collapse if you need to move the surrounding parts.
I think Falcon is one of the best brands out there. The pieces are solid. No riddle dust. My riddle is very good. I present Falcon to anyone who loves a standard cut puzzle and any fan of Ravensburger or Gibsons.
