Last month, I was fortunate enough to make a wooden riddle of Jaalou Review. Mine’s fun!
As I said in an earlier blog, Anie Maltais created JaCou from her love of the puzzle and created and designed multiple images. They are built in western Montreal and are rapidly becoming popular. Those images are unique, brilliantly colored, and have an interesting texture in their design. If you love colors, you’ll love them!

Unlike any other brand. When you see a JaCabu puzzle, you can’t be confused. I really like this about brands. Their markets were smart because they made themselves unique. The only thing I would say is if you weren’t a visual type fan, you might have trouble finding someone you like.
The box is thinner than some other brands, which I appreciate. They don’t take much space on the shelf. The image is clear on the front of the box and is not covered by logos or brands. Almost no riddle dust. The pieces themselves are a nice thickness and slightly larger than the average. Larger than a Ravensburger, but smaller than a white mountain. They’re so shiny! I’m not always a fan of glossy pieces, but for some reason, it works at the size of debris. They are cut in a random network, creating a number of good diversity. The pieces are pretty nice and not too loose when I have to move them around. It was easy to see when I had a piece in the right place.
To be honest, this is an easy brand to introduce. Anie and the team in JaCabu offered to serve their customers well and were very involved in social networking. They care about their customers. The puzzles are unique and colorful and a solid quality.
To note, JaCabu also gave us a line of the Diamonds we brought with us. I haven’t tried yet, but some of my friends love them.
